About Sorted
Sorted is built and operated by Sorted Household, Inc., a company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We're building a household assistant that works over text, because the things parents are trying to keep track of don't arrive in one place and don't wait for you to open an app.

Questions
- Do I need to download anything?
- No. Sorted works in the messaging app already on your phone. There's no app, no login and no password.
- What does Sorted cost?
- Sorted is free for families in the early access program. Message and data rates from your carrier may still apply.
- How often will Sorted text me?
- Message frequency varies and depends on what you've asked us to keep track of. Sorted only sends messages about your own household. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
- Who can see what I text?
- Only the Sorted team, and only to run the service for you. If you choose to connect your calendar or email inbox, we use what's there for the same single purpose: spotting things coming up for your household. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and why.
- How do I stop getting messages?
- Reply STOP at any time and Sorted will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email support@asksorted.com.
- Where is Sorted available?
- Sorted currently works with mobile numbers in the United States. Each person texts HI from their own phone to opt in.
